Retainer engagements are strictly limited. We will not take on more than can receive genuine senior attention.

How we scope
and price work.

Every engagement is scoped individually. There are no standard packages.

No pricing grids. Scope and investment are determined after a strategy call. We do not publish day rates or package prices.

No minimum term performance contracts. We work on strategic engagement agreements. If the work stops adding value, the engagement ends.

Senior-only delivery. Every engagement is managed and delivered by the senior team. No handoffs to junior teams after the brief is signed.

Limited simultaneous engagements. We constrain the number of active clients to protect quality. If we are at capacity, we will say so.
